Sweet Potato Salad

5 cups sweet potatoes, cut into bite-sized pieces  cup dates, soaked 4 hours (use about 1 cup water) and chopped into bite-sized pieces  cup almonds, soaked 8 hours and chopped  cup date juice (from soaking the dates)  Tbsp. cinnamon

Combine all ingredients, toss and serve. Note – dates have a lot of sugar.
