One Sickness – One Dis-Ease – Dr Robert O Young

The basic natural concepts of health have been lost. Millions of people die every year and tens of millions suffer needlessly because they fail to follow the natural laws of their beings and are being treated with obsolete and unnatural methods that avoid the true cause of all sickness and dis-ease.

Though the causes of dis-ease are generally ignored by conventional medicine, we do have a history of doctors who agree that the primary causes are always associated with acidic e-motions, toxicity, congestion, and malnutrition. These conditions gradually alter and weaken our internal environment. Once that environment reaches certain acidic polluted levels, dis-ease cycles are initiated.

“Acidosis and Toxicosis are the primary causes of all disease. Rid the body of these poisons and correct the habits of living, and good health will be regained and maintained” and, “just as maggots and flies require the filth of the manure pile in which they grow and propagate, so the human organism must become broken down and filthy through bad habits of living before the tissues and juices of the body will permit the harboring and growth of any noxious bacteria.”

The survival of every animal, bird, fish, plant, and cell, whether it is bacteria, yeast, or protozoa, depends entirely upon its environment.

Dis-ease is never acquired; it is always created. Dis-ease is a natural result obtained from an unnatural lifestyle. Dis-ease is not a question of exposure. It is an internal development that can lead to exposure susceptibility. The entry of an outside entity (bacteria, yeast, parasite) has little effect upon our bodies unless our internal environment has become acidic, polluted, and congested.

An increase in microforms or germs can only be successful when our bodies have degenerated into a severely acidic and polluted environment and our immune system compromised. Indeed, an acidic environment can only cause the breakdown of the human cell and tissue in an acidic host, and germs are the product of the breakdown of that cell and tissue. The breakdown of the human cell and the birth of the germ does not happen in a clean, healthy, and vibrant human body. We must alter our normal healthy internal chemistry before acids can weaken our organs and glands with toxicity, congestion, or poor nutrition and before our body parts can malfunction.

The most important point to understand here is that germs do not cause dis-ease they are the product of cellular transformation. It is acid that breaks down the human cell not bacteria. It is acid that causes dis-ease not bacteria or yeast.

There is only one sickness, one dis-ease and one cause – the over-acidification of the blood and then tissues due to an inverted way of living, eating and thinking. There is NO OTHER CAUSE FOR DISEASE but ACIDITY.

A Great Secret of Health

The intestinal tract or better said the alkaline buffering system is the hub of our entire body – all organs, glands, even our brains, heart, and cells are totally dependent upon a good functioning alkaline buffering or digestive system. In the Western World, most people have polluted their bowels with filth unimaginable and weakened their digestive function. When the alkaline buffering or digestion is off, even good food can become acidic. As long as this filth remains within, our bodies grow weaker and we become more and more prone towards deficiencies and acidic dis-ease.

Mucoid Plaque

Mucoid plaque is automatically secreted in the presence of acids, and other irritants and at first serves as a protection; but for those who have followed the standard American lifestyle, which is acid producing, it is common for mucoid plaque to form a continuous coating, arranged in layers, over the small intestine, stomach and the colon. When the mucus (mucin) is secreted, it coagulates and can compound with other elements, forming an increasingly firm and toxic substance, which may include: drugs, free radical-producing acidic noxious fecal compounds, heavy metals, parasites and more, depending on what the person eats, drinks, and thinks.

Mucoid plaque often interferes with normal bowel function, nutrient assimilation, and normal elimination. It will also provide a fertile stronghold for a large variety of microorganisms and their noxious acidic compounds. Thus, when the diet is improved and the person strives for maximum health, then mucoid plaque should be removed.

“This layer of mucus, when adhering closely to the mucosal surface, probably functions as a barrier to membrane digestion and most likely also to absorption… where, with increasing age, the mucus layer becomes more pronounced and widespread… it is hypothesized that the mucus barrier interferes with membrane digestion and absorption.” J. Something healthy for lunch or dinner…

Mom’s Excellent Creamy Cauliflower Soup

1 tablespoon  olive oil
1 cup of onions chopped
1/2 cup of celery chopped
3 cloves of garlic  minced
1 cup of carrots chopped
2 cups of potatoes chopped
2 cups of cauliflower florets chopped
4 cups of yeast free vegetable stock or water
1/4 teaspoon of dill
1/4 teaspoon of caraway seeds
1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
2 cups almond, soy or rice milk (more or less to desired thickness)
1 hot banana pepper whole (to be removed before serving) 1 1/2 cups
of soy “cheddar” cheese RealSalt to taste

In stock pot sauté onion, garlic, celery and carrots until tender
add stock or water to pan with potato cubes, cauliflower and banana
pepper

Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes or till
veggies are tender

Add seasonings, except salt and remove banana pepper
add “milk” until a slow simmer

add soy cheese, salt and serve.

2) What is the difference between Dr Young’s InnerLight SuperGreens and pH Miracle Greens? As well as the Doc Broc Greens…and what do you recommend?

Both InnerLIght SuperGreens and pH Miracle Greens are made with grasses, leaves, vegetables, herbs and sprouts.

Dr Young created InnerLight SuperGreens in 1995 and it had 49 ingredients. This formula is no longer being manufactured. The company went out of business in April.

Dr Young created pH Miracle greens in 2006 and it has 44 ingredients. So basically 5 less ingredients than the InnerLight SuperGreens. This green drink powder is the closest to the InnerLight SuperGreens

Dr Young’s most current formula is called Doc Broc Power Plants. This formula was created a few years ago. The focus here is more on grasses, vegetables & fruits (lemon, lime, cucumber, tomato, avocado).

Regarding my recommendations.

If you liked the InnerLIght SuperGreens and want something similar  I recommend going with the pH Miracle Greens.

If you’re someone who likes driving the latest car in the market, or having the latest iphone, get the Doc Broc Power Plants. It’s Dr Young’s most current formula.

Both green drinks powders are good. I’ve tried and tested both.

Personally I use the pH Miracle Greens. I use about 2 lbs per month.

3) I have been doing the greens for about 10 days, lots of good effects.  However, recently noticed the detox effects.  Just feel slow and have some flu-like gut symptoms any idea how long they typically last?  (Last time I tried the products I remember similar effects.  Definitely craving more greens and less meat)

These are definitely classic detox symptoms. You just have to “break thru” these. In other words, know there will be good days and bad days, and just keep super-hydrating and drinking the greens. Eventually the detox subsides. How long is different from person to person. Really depends on how acidic you are.

Also, if it gets too bad, just get off the greens for awhile and get back to normal. Then start again. Hope that helps!

Study supports cancer link with height

A Swedish study of five million people appears to support the theory that height and cancer risk are linked.

The study found that taller people had a slightly higher risk of breast cancer and skin cancer, among other cancers.

Its results found that for every extra 10cm (4in) of height, when fully grown, the risk of developing cancer increased by 18% in women and 11% in men.

But experts said the study did not take into account many risk factors and that tall people should not be worried.

It was easier to be thin 20 years ago

It’s hard out there for millennials: the economy tanked, the Earth is getting hotter, sometimes Facebook crashes. Oh, and they’ll end up fatter than people 20 to 40 years ago even if they eat and exercise the same, according to a study in Obesity Research & Clinical Practice.

The Atlantic reports that after looking at data from nearly 51,000 Americans, researchers concluded that a person in 2006 eating and exercising the same as someone of an identical age in 1988 had a BMI about 2.3 points higher, meaning they’d be about 10% heavier. “Our study results suggest that if you are 25, you’d have to eat even less and exercise more than those older to prevent gaining weight,” Jennifer Kuk of York University in Toronto says in the story.

1 To 2 Sugary Drinks A Day Increase Risk Of Cardiovascular Disease: New Nutrition Labels May Help Reduce Bad Habits

Harvard Public Health researchers studied how sweeteners like high-fructose corn syrup affect the human body and found that just one or two servings of sugary beverages a day could lead to excessive weight gain and a higher risk of diabetes and heart disease.

Study: Juice makes up one-third of U.S. children’s fruit intake

Roughly one-third of all fruit consumption by U.S. children is fruit juices, with children under the age of 5 more likely to have juice than whole fruits — which researchers in a new study said means they are not getting the full range of nutrients and health benefits they could be.

Apples were found to be the most popular fruit, with a total of 12 fruit or fruit juices making up about 86 percent of all the fruit consumed by children, and most children consuming about 1.24 cups of fruit per day.

WHO says most people in Europe too fat

Most people in Europe are too fat, according to a report by the World Health Organization (WHO).

It said 59% of the population were either overweight or obese.

Its European Health Report also said the WHO Europe region, which includes parts of Asia, had the highest levels of alcohol and tobacco use in the world.

And as a result, WHO officials warned, young people in the region “may not live as long as their grandparents”.

The report praised countries for cutting deaths from cancer, diabetes and cardiovascular diseases (which include heart attacks and stroke).

However, it also warned that 30% of the region still smoked – a higher figure than for any other region.

A 100-year-old Santa Clara man set five world records Sunday as temperatures climbed to 100 degrees because “Somebody had to do it.”

Don Pellmann set records in the high jump, the long jump, 100-meter dash, shot put and discus during an awe-inspiring performance that lasted nearly five hours at the San Diego Senior Olympics, the Times of San Diego reported.

“It was a real struggle, but I made it,” Pellmann said.

And yet the 5-11, 175-pound Pellmann, who maintains an enviable level of fitness for any age, was still focused on what he didn’t achieve.
