14 day cleanse – December 6th thru December 19th 2016 – What did I do – Daily tracking

Note: I’m going to list here the supplements I’m taking & the process I’m following every day.

Process I’m following daily: (this is an example of a process you can follow)

8:00 to 10:00 am
Drink a 2-4 oz glass of alkaline water with pHour salts powder

Drink a 2-4 oz glass of alkaline water with pHlush powder

Drink 1-2 liters of the greens with PuripHy pH drops. One green drink is a mixture of InnerLight SuperGreens, PuripHy pH drops, iJuice Wheat Grass. Another drink would be the same but I would substitute the Terra pHirma clay for the wheat grass. A third would be InnerLight SuperGreens, PuripHy pH drops, iJuice Wheat Grass, iJuice Barley Grass & iJuice Coconut. Stir everything up real good and drink it.

10am
Enema – I use Walmart’s Equate brand of enema saline solution. In South Florida I can get 2 plastic bottles for @$1.50. I mix into the bottle InnerLight SuperGreens, PuripHy, Cell Power, Terra pHirma clay, NAC (n-acetyl cysteine) & GlutapHione. I then top off the bottle with alkaline water and put in qty 1 Pure Energy tablet. I close the top and let it sit for 2 hours. (I actually start making this enema solution at @8am so it’s ready for use at 10am).

12:00 – 1:00 pm
I make my soup/shake I will eat today. I usually make enough so that I can consume it throughout the day.

1:00 – 3:00 pm

3:00 – 6:00 pm
Consume some more of my soup/shake. I will also drink 1-2 liters of the greens with PuripHy pH drops. I will rotate back and forth between putting wheat grass powder and clay in the green drinks.

6:00 – 10:00 pm
Consume rest of my soup/shake. I might also make a quick soup with cucumber & avocado if I’m really hungry. Or maybe guacamole. Make sure you use the pHlavor Salt on any food. It really helps.

Madrid Gazpacho Soup
Here is a GREAT recipe for the cleanse. In fact, its a great recipe for every day. Madrid Gazpacho Soup – can be made in the blender. Mix 2 large tomatoes, 1 english cucumbers, 1 red pepper, 3-4 green onion stalks, 1-2 celery stalks and 1/4 small jalapeno pepper (be careful with peppers 🙂 ). Add 1/2 – 1 quart of alkaline water, 2 Tbsp. Olive Oil, juice of 2 limes, 1 tsp. ground Cumin, and 1 tsp. Garlic powder. Blend in portions until smooth. Chill in refrigerator until ready to serve. Garnish with avocado (optional)….hummm good 🙂

Clean and Simple Soup
1 cucumber, cubed
1 avocado, cubed
mint (optional)

Place ingredients in food processor with S blade. Mix until almost smooth. Serve garnished with mint leaf.

Guacamole

2 Medium Avocados
2 Small Roma Tomatoes
1/2 a Large Red Onion
1/2 tsp Garlic powder
1/2 Tsp. Cumin
1/4 Tsp. Cayenne Pepper
Juice of One Lime

Combine all the ingredients in a food processor and do 20-30 “one second pulses” to make a bit creamy and easier to digest

12/24/16

I ended the cleanse in the afternoon. Merry Christmas!! Overall, on a scale of 1-10, this cleanse was about a 7. I cheated a coupe of times but was able to jump back on the cleanse the following day.

Another colonics (colon hydro therapy) session today with a local alternative health practitioner. Sat in steam and hot sauna.

Following protocol. Did another enema today.

12/20/16

Enema today. Today I got real hungry so I just opened an avocado, pulverized/smashed it, put some pHlavor salt on and ate it. Good stuff.

I love the guacamole. Doesn’t help my breath though because I load it up with onions. 🙂

Went and did a colonics today with a local alternative health practitioner, then sat in steam room and heated sauna. $89 charge. Not bad. Gotta keep the “pipes” clean. After the session was tired for reminder of day so rested. This is normal. Need to add a few more days to my cleanse because I cheated yesterday. Think will end on Friday, 12/23. I have another colonics scheduled at that time so seems like a good time to end.

So disappointed in myself. I cheated again today. Oh well. I received some cookies for Christmas ..I tried not to but eventually ate a few. Need to work on my “willpower”. Oh well, start again tmrw. :-).

12/15/16

Did enema today. No jogging. Took all supplements at designated times. I added guacamole to the mix today. See recipe. This comes in handy.

12/14/16

Did enema today. Jogged for 35 minutes. Gazpacho soup is awesome!

12/13/16

Did enema today. Consumed 4 liters of water today. Thinking about doing a colonics next Monday or Tuesday.

Did enema today. Consumed 3 liters of water today. So happy I have the coconut for this cleanse. It really helps. Also the pHlavor spray comes in handy if I having withdrawal symptoms for sugar or just hungry.

Consumed 4 liters of water today. Rebounded. Also jogged for 30 minutes on beach.

Actually cheated a little today. It happens sometimes. The guilt will get me back on track. Cheated with quinoa and steamed vegetables. Nothing major BUT during cleanse you want all your food intake to be liquid/shakes/soups.

Day 2 is going good. Doing some rebounding also. Lots of fluids in the morning.

Officially started today. The 1st day is always tough and this day was no different.

Still on the “on ramp”. Just about done eating all the veggie in the fridge. Official start will be tomorrow.

I’m on what’s called the “on ramp” right now for the cleanse. I’m ready to get started BUT I don’t like to waste food so I’m consuming all the food that might go bad during my 14 day cleanse. Should be ready to get started on Thursday

By the way, the foods I’m eating now are all veggies. It just that I won’t be using any of these veggies during the cleanse so I want to use them up now.

Tomorrow will consume the rest of the veggies and be ready to go.

I have everything else I need to get started. Will document all that in coming days.
