14 Day Alkaline Plant Based Cleanse – November 2017

Yearly Cleanse – It’s That Time Again

Last Update: Nov, 20, 2017

NOTE: See end of email for the supplements I’m using,  my daily protocol/schedule and the recipes I’m using. (this is being updated)

Daily Journal:

11/22/17 – last day. Will use up the rest of my Madrid Gazpacho soup. Good stuff. This is also something you can eat daily when you’re not on the cleanse.

11/21/17 – Good day. Cleanses get easier with time. Lots of energy.

11/20/17 – Did a colonics (colon hydrotherapy) today. Think I will end the cleanse on Wednesday 11/22. Looking forward to some salad that day.  Went for a walk today.

11/18/17 – My daughter had a “sleep over” with some friends. Really hard to stay on cleanse when you have the foods that kids like around too! I was able to stay on cleanse and not break it.

11/17/17 – Enema today.

11/16/17 – Enema today. Starting to see some 6 pack abs 🙂

11/15/17 – Feel really good today. Lots of energy. Did some fast walking.

11/14/17 – Did a colonics (colon hydrotherapy) today.

11/13/17 – 4th day on cleanse. Still feel a little tired. Best to rest.

11/12/17 – Enema today. Feeling a little tired. Made a bunch of Guacamole.

11/11/17 – I love my Madrid Gazpacho recipe. Enema today. Another thing you can do if you get really hungry is to get a ripe avocado, mash it up in the skin, put some sea salt or pHlavor salt on it. huuummmm good.

11/10/17 – 1st day of cleanse. This morning I made enough of my favorite recipe, Madrid Gazpacho, to last 2 1/2 days.

11/6/17: Starting to prepare for the cleanse. Thinking I’m going to start on Friday (11/10). More details as we get into this week. See end of this post for the supplements I will be using. Need to place an order today. I will also be getting on what’s called the “on ramp” to the cleanse. What is this? Lots of salads and shakes over the next few days. Will snack on sprouted almonds.

Nov 2017 Alkaline Plant Based Cleanse

If you’re interested in learning how to do an alkaline plant based cleanse, I’ll be doing one here shortly.

Plan is to start around Nov 10th, 2017. (original start date was supposed to be the 11/1 but had some personal stuff come up)

I will document the supplements I’m taking, the recipes I’m using, any exercise I’m doing & daily protocol/schedule.

Hopefully by seeing what I’m doing this can help you on any cleanse you decide to do.

With that said, please remember, the information in this blog post is not intended as a substitute for the advice or medical care of a qualified health care professional and you should seek the advice of your health care professional before undertaking any dietary or lifestyle changes

Supplements I’m using: (Best Cleanse):

– InnerLight SuperGreens – 1/2 lb (OR pH Miracle Greens OR Doc Broc’s Power Plants)
– PuripHy pH drops – 2 oz
– pHlush – capsules or powder
– Terra pHirma Clay – 1 lb powder
– pHour Salts – capsules or powder
– Red Pine Needle Oil – 2 oz
– pHlavor – 8 oz
– pHlavor spray bottle – 2 oz
– Black Seed Oil – 4 oz
– Opti Oils capsules OR Omega 3-6-9 Essential Oil Blend
– NAC (N-acetyl-cysteine) – 4 oz
– GluthapHione – 4 oz

My daily protocol/schedule:

(this is an example of what my day will look like)

6:00 to 10:00 am
Drink a 2-4 oz glass of alkaline water with pHour salts powder

Drink a 2-4 oz glass of alkaline water with pHlush powder

Drink 1-2 liters of the greens with PuripHy pH drops. One green drink is a mixture of InnerLight SuperGreens, PuripHy pH drops, iJuice Super Chlorophyll, pHour salts. Another drink would be the same but I would add the Terra pHirma clay plus coconut.

10am
Enema – I use Walmart’s Equate brand of enema saline solution. In South Florida I can get 2 plastic bottles for @$1.50. I mix into the bottle InnerLight SuperGreens, PuripHy, Cell Power, Terra pHirma clay, NAC (n-acetyl cysteine) & GlutapHione.

12:00 – 1:00 pm
I make my soup/shake I will eat today. I usually make enough so that I can consume it throughout the day.

Drink a 2-4 oz glass of alkaline water with pHour salts powder

1:00 – 3:00 pm
Drink 1-2 liters of the greens with PuripHy pH drops. One green drink is a mixture of InnerLight SuperGreens, PuripHy pH drops, iJuice Super Chlorophyll, pHour salts. Another drink would be the same but I would add the Terra pHirma clay plus coconut.

3:00 – 6:00 pm
Consume some more of my soup/shake. I will also drink 1-2 liters of the greens with PuripHy pH drops. I will rotate back and forth between putting wheat grass powder and clay in the green drinks.

Drink a 2-4 oz glass of alkaline water with pHour salts powder

Drink a 2-4 oz glass of alkaline water with pHlush powder

6:00 – 10:00 pm
Consume rest of my soup/shake. I might also make a quick soup with cucumber & avocado if I’m really hungry. Or maybe guacamole. Make sure you use the pHlavor Salt on any food. It really helps.

Recipes I’m using:

1st recipe – Madrid Gazpacho Soup/Smoothie

Can be made in the blender. Mix 2 large tomatoes, 1 english cucumbers, 1 red pepper, 3-4 green onion stalks (optional), 1-2 celery stalks (optional) and 1/4 small jalapeno pepper (be careful with peppers 🙂 ). Add 1/2 – 1 quart of alkaline water, 2 Tbsp. Olive Oil, juice of 2 limes, 1 tsp. ground Cumin, and 1 tsp. Garlic powder. Blend in portions until smooth. Chill in refrigerator until ready to serve. Garnish with avocado (optional)….hummm good 🙂

2nd recipe – Guacamole

2 Medium Avocados
2 Small Roma Tomatoes
1/2 a Large Red Onion
1/2 tsp Garlic powder
1/2 Tsp. Cumin
1/4 Tsp. Cayenne Pepper
Juice of One Lime

Combine all the ingredients in a food processor and do 20-30 “one second pulses” to make a bit creamy and easier to digest

3rd recipe – Clean and Simple Soup
1 cucumber, cubed
1 avocado, cubed
mint (optional)

Place ingredients in food processor with S blade. Mix until almost smooth. Serve garnished with mint leaf.
